The Strengths Sieve for your consulting and your organization

In the future, we would like to give coaches, consultants and anyone who works with young people on a full-time or voluntary basis the opportunity to integrate the Strengths Sieve directly into their own website - in their own branding and as their own tool.

This way, the Strengths Sieve can become part of your educational work - in schools, youth groups, voluntary service or coaching.

It will also be possible to register as a coach and accompany young people digitally in discovering their strengths - together, respectfully and at eye level.

Help us empower young people!

To ensure that the "Strengths Sieve" remains free and continues to reach many young people, we need your support.

With your donation, you’re offering encouragement and new perspectives.

A Bridge to Digital Worlds

For over 30 years, one driving force has kept us going: We want to be where young people are. For many young people today, that means digital spaces—alone in their rooms in front of their gaming PCs or with their cell phones in hand. Traditional youth programs often struggle to reach them anymore.

Who am I? What can I do? What do I want? We want to help young people find answers to these questions—not by using ready-made templates or our own ideas about what’s best for them, but by helping them discover their own personalities and strengths and learn to describe them in their own words.

The Digital Strengths Sieve is an online coach that young people can pull out of their pockets at any time. It’s a tool that lets them work independently, at their own pace, and entirely on their own.

Youth workers, teachers, and (social) education staff at schools, youth centers, church congregations, or volunteer organizations can use the Strengths Sieve in their daily work. When there isn’t enough time or opportunity for longer conversations, they can simply recommend the “Strengths Sieve” and briefly explain it. And perhaps at the next meeting, they can ask how the strengths coaching went. This helps build an initial bridge into the young people’s digital world.

But it doesn't have to stop there. In the web app, teens can also turn to real online coaches if they wish. This way, a digital encounter can lead to a conversation, and a conversation can lead to a relationship—one that might even continue in the real world.

The Strengths Sieve was developed as a WordPress plugin for this purpose. Schools, clubs, educational organizations, and church congregations can install it on their own websites, customize it to their needs, design it with their own branding, and register their own online coaches.

In this way, the “Strengths Sieve” serves as a bridge in both directions: into the digital worlds of young people—and back out again.

Because even in digital spaces, one thing remains the most important: relationships.
